.. first , it is not Braley ‘ s primary home … it is his vacation home . It is in a development community that is a typical vacation home community . Except some of the folks use the area as their primary residence …

.. next , the neighbor who has the problem chickens is a therapist . A psychologist . Whoops … She is also an Air  Force veteran , and uses the chickens as therapy tools , you dummy Bruce ..
