… No , Baker , It is a Victory …

.. of good over Evil .

.. This regards an article in  a publication called the Daily Beast . This so – called gentleman , by the  name of  Baker Ansy , has called for President Obama to immediately close Gitmo , calling it  .. ” a massive human rights failure . ” . It could not be farther from the sort . ..

.. These geniuses are taking up tactics that were taught to them in their jihadi training  . No dought , they were also  advised to do this by their legal counsel . They are acting , or trying to  act , to wage a public – relations war against the administration , just as they have done against others before them  , and others in other lands .

..  They are also engaged in legal ware , or lawfare . What this does is totally mucks up the host country ‘ s legal system , while that nation is trying to hold them to account  for their actions on the battlefield . Their hope is that , eventually , the host nation will give up , and possibly let them go free . Ultimately , they are using the host ‘ s legal system as a  weapon against it .

… Wonderful , the ObamaCraps really Screwed Up …

… Wonderful , the Obamacraps Screwed Up … [Who was it who did it ??]

.. Well , we now know that Dzhokhar Tsarnaev has been mirandized before a court of our land . He appeared before a judge just a couple of days ago , while still in his hospital room  . He was evidently lucid , and was able to answer questions .But , what happens now ? ..

.. the F.B.I. was in the middle of the interrogation of the suspect . It could do so under a “public safety ” exception to the Miranda warning system . All of a sudden , his supposed lawyer , the prosecutor , and the magistrate judge all show up . Great timing . ..

.. Guys , It would be helpful if the suspect would still co – operating . Evidently , right now , he is not . If there is more usable intel that can be obtained , or is needed by the national security establishment , it will likely now not get it . ..

..  It is certainly possible he will cooperate.  Indeed, it is possible that this will be counsel’s advice, given how overwhelming the evidence is against him.  If it works out that way, so much the better . ..   .. It is also possible that he will not cooperate.  In that case, the million dollar question becomes whether the government would attempt to conduct interrogations notwithstanding an invocation of the right to remain silent or a request not to be questioned absent the presence of an attorney.  One hopes it need not come to this.  If it does, there will be fierce criticism whichever path the government takes (and, presumably, much litigation if the government does attempt an intelligence-focused interrogation without counsel) . ..

.. We really need to do a much better job of counterintelligence . What we have now is

neutered , and is severely limited . What we should have ? Good Question ! A Domestic Intelligence agency ? Perhaps , but , not likely , as of yet . better law

enforcement ? Definitely ! Beyond that , it is open to question .

.. One who knows this subject well is Cal – Berkeley law professor John Yoo . Professor Yoo served in George W. Bush ‘ s Department of Justice , at a very senior level , and was one of the primary authors of the U.S. policy towards treatment and detention of detainees captured on the battlefield of the War on Terror . The New Admin full of wusses does not change that fact .

.. quoting Professor Yoo , ” A law enforcement approach to terrorism ? ”

.. ” How is this a victory for traditional law enforcement? Two young brothers, lightly armed, killed several innocent civilians, wounded 170, killed an officer and wounded another, and shut down one of America’s great cities. We had a whole city trapped in its homes and paramilitary forces in its streets. Law enforcement alone means the nation lies vulnerable to attacks on soft targets and must expend enormous resources to catch the killers afterwards .”

.. A pre-emptive strategy based on intelligence and the use of force overseas seeks to prevent such attacks further from our shores. That option should be preferred by everyone compared to what we’ve seen in Boston these last five days.

[murderhood] . They are obviously seeking to raise funds , and are counting on the support and efforts of the current Administration to help continue their financial pipeline of taxpayer support . My God , what is he thinking ?!?!

.. When he was a state senator in illinois , he voted against a bill that would require those butchers to actively help those born alive , as a result of the failure of an abortion . Also , many times in the U.S. Senate , he voted to support those murderers with taxpayer support . Indeed , what must he be thinking ?! ..

.. Amazingly enough , this is going on with the criminal trial of Dr Kermit Gosnell . He is the so – called doctor from Philiadelphia , PA , who ran a mass murder (abortion) clinic for much of the last 40 years . He has participatated in the murders of thousands of innocent babies , and calls himself a doctor , instead of the butcher that he is . He took advantage of many disadvanted patients , many of whom were from outside of PA , violating the laws of those states , as well as Pennsylvania ‘ s , and did so in conditions that were , at best , grotesque , and , at worst , grossly inhumane for anyone . How dare Obama associate himself and the office of President with such disreputable and disgusting people , and for such reasons . ..

… Investigating the Bombers ‘ Foreign Ties …

.. There is still much that we do not know about the Boston Marathon bombers . It will take time to piece together a more complete picture of their backgrounds . However , the investigation has taken an important turn since late last week , as the U.S. intelligence and counterterrorism officials are delving into their possible ties to jihadist groups based overseas . ..

radicalized worldview . The Bureau has issued a statement explaining that “a foreign government asked the FBI for information about Tamerlan Tsarnaev” in early 2011. News reports have clearly identified that nation as Russia . They were “concerned about Tsarnaev’s potential ties to Chechen terrorists . ” Other press outlets have reported the same . ..

.. The FBI says that the request from the foreign government (Russia) “was based on information that he was a follower of radical Islam and a strong believer, and that he had changed drastically since 2010 as he prepared to leave the United States for travel to the country’s region to join unspecified underground groups . ” The Bureau says it sifted through the available evidence , and interviewed the Tsarnaev family , including Tamerlan , but “did not find any terrorism activity , domestic or foreign , and those results were provided to the foreign government in the summer of 2011.”   What made Russia initially suspicious of Tamerlan Tsarnaev? What “unspecified underground groups” did Russia think he was attempting to join?   We don’t know the answers to these questions . The F.B.I. should release everything that it has . Russia could , but likely will not , unless it is in their interest , and they have something to gain from it . ..

.. The reality is that there are a number of jihadist groups based in the Caucasus that also operate elsewhere, including in Afghanistan, Pakistan, and Syria, with logistical support networks in still other countries .  ..

.. Was Tamerlan Tsarnaev involved with any of these groups? Did any of these jihadist organizations train or otherwise support him ? ..

.. We need to learn more . We deserve to know more . In the coming weeks , we should learn more . ..

While the Gang of Eight’s questionable immigration reform bill continues to be submarined by Conservatives for its lack of specifics and clarity, the Senate Judicial Committee began hearings to try to bring some needed transparency to the bill . ..   .. For those who do not have their eyes glued (falling asleep) to C – SPAN today , Senator Ted Cruz asked Department of Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano , “ If there are no objective metrics , if it is simply the subjective assessment of a host of factors , how can we have any confidence (that the border will be secured) and that any trigger will be meaningful ? ” ..   .. In true Obama-style, Napolitano failed to specifically answer his question . ..

.. This is Senator Cruz ‘ s opinion , from after the hearings ….   .. “ We must have a clear definition of what metrics must be reached in order for the border to be secure. I am not satisfied with answers offered at today’s hearing, as it remains unclear how the provisions in this bill will help achieve a secure border . ..   .. “ As it stands, the border security component – which numbers only 58 pages of the 844-page bill – largely cedes authority to the Department of Homeland Security to determine when and how the border would be secured. However, today’s hearing revealed that the last clear metric for border security – ‘operational control’ – reflected that in 2010, DHS had secured 873 miles of the more than 2,000 mile border. When that metric did not demonstrate success, DHS decided to simply abandon the metric. In order for a metric to be real, it must be meaningful. Currently, there are no objective metrics in place to ensure any triggers in this bill will be meaningful, all while the pathway to citizenship component remains contingent on this undefined border security . ” ..

.. Imagine that . Miz Hillary lied . and so did the Obama Administration . ..

.. Big Shock . Duh ! ..

.. House Republicans have concluded that Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton was responsible for cutting security at the consulate in Benghazi ahead of last year’s attack there , and that the administration lied about
it . As well as why it downplayed terrorism as the cause of the assault . ..

.. A new report — the result of months of investigation by five different House committees — says there was plenty of intelligence that presaged the attack, but the State Department and President Obama failed to heed the warnings or give the Defense Department the authority to respond to such an attack . ..

.. The report actually clears the Pentagon and the defense establishment . The report says that our military services did what they could , or what they were allowed to do . They were hindered , though , “on account of U.S. military forces not being properly postured” beforehand .  ..

.. The most damning thing was  that Mr. Obama and his team lied about the attacks afterward , first by blaming mob violence spawned by an anti-Muslim video, and then wrongly saying it had misled the public because it was trying to protect an FBI investigation . ..

Gee, you mean it wasn’t all caused by some stupid YouTube clip? You mean they lied, and then lied about why they lied, and kept lying and kept lying and kept lying, dragging us on and on through their hall of mirrors until everybody just gave up?

..  You can read the whole 46-page report at the Washington Examiner. That is, if you still need proof that the Obama administration is a bunch of shameless liars. They make me sick . ..

… Barbaric , and Why ? …

Judge tosses several counts against #Gosnell , many others remain

..  The prosecution needs to prove its case against Kermit Gosnell beyond a reasonable doubt on each and every count . ..

.. Apparently it did not do that on some counts  ,  particularly 1st Degree Murder as to three of the babies , so the Judge tossed the charges at the close of the prosecution’s case.  The key issue seems to have been whether the prosecution proved the babies were born alive, as opposed to having been killed in the womb . ..

.. Several murder and other counts remain, so while this obviously is disheartening given the testimony we have heard about what went on in the clinic, the search for justice is not over . ..

Judge tosses three murder counts against Kermit Gosnell:

After hearing impassioned arguments from attorneys on both sides of the Kermit Gosnell capital-murder trial Tuesday, a Philadelphia judge threw out three of the seven first-degree murder charges Gosnell faced for allegedly killing fetuses born alive at his abortion clinic.

Also dismissed by the judge was one count of infanticide – the intentional killing of an infant. All other counts against Gosnell, 72, will be decided by the jury, the judge ruled.

In addition to counts of first-degree murder for killing four babies allegedly born alive, those charges include the third-degree murder of a patient who died of a drug overdose following a botched 2009 abortion and multiple counts of preforming illegal, late-term abortions….

Gosnell’s attorney, Jack McMahon, argued that all seven counts regarding the fetuses should be dismissed. None were born alive, he said, all having been injected with death-causing drugs during the abortion process. Assistant District Attorney Edward Cameron argued that there had been enough testimony from former clinic employees that the seven babies were born alive to let the jury decide .

.. Okay , okay , most of the case remains . Just not as much as one would have hoped . Gosnell will get his just desserts , and soon enough . Given the prosecution case on the other counts , and the thoroughness of the grand jury report , Kermit Gosnell will meet his maker , and soon . I believe that he will be found guilty on at least one 1st degree murder charge (likely , more) , and receive the death penalty . That penalty cannot come soon enough . ..

… It is my opinion that ,  someday , due  to our government ‘ s pursuit of the Liberal Utopia , we will  not have the national defense that we deserve , the intelligence that we need , and the security of the homeland that is our birthright . it will result in a very , very bad terrorist attack , one that will kill tens of thousands , wound many , many more , and change our society , forever . …

Jihad Blows Up the Liberal Utopia

Credibility shredded from Boston to Benghazi.

Jihad has blown up The Liberal Utopia.

The visionary liberal land of political and social perfection.

President Obama is not happy — and he isn’t alone.

You know the place.

• The Liberal Utopia is a land where gun background checks prevent mass murder.

• The Liberal Utopia is a land where Islamic fundamentalists have changed their perception of America because the President travels to Muslim nations to give lovely speeches, believes that the Muslim Brotherhood in Egypt and elsewhere is a wonderful sign of an Arab Spring, and refuses to use the word “terrorist” whether his administration is investigating Ft. Hood, Boston, or Benghazi.

• The Liberal Utopia is a land where a 2009 presidential video proclaiming a “new beginning” in American relations with Iran will halt the effort to build a nuclear bomb.

• The Liberal Utopia is a land where the good intentions of Social Security will never bankrupt the Social Security Trust Fund.

• The Liberal Utopia is a land where the good intentions of Medicare could not possibility result in trillions of unfunded liability.

• The Liberal Utopia is a land where the War on Poverty was supposed to end poverty — and instead winds up sending violent crime skyrocketing, and, in the words of Thomas Sowell, setting up the American black family for rapid disintegration in the liberal welfare state “that subsidized unwed pregnancy and changed welfare from an emergency rescue to a way of life.”

One could go on …and on and on….spotting those will-o-the-wisp glimpses of The Liberal Utopia (Obamacare here, the Obama stimulus over there, the promise to close Guantanamo way back there) with example after example of this miserably failed attempt to find or create a Liberal Utopia.

Or what our friend Mark Levin deftly calls Ameritopia.

The search for this Liberal Utopia has been going on in this country since at least 1932 and in fact before that when one keeps going on back to Woodrow Wilson’s progressives and beyond to the late 19th century when the progressive movement began to gain political steam with the likes of William Jennings Bryan and a whole host of other if lesser known figures.

The idea is always the same. To quote Levin: “Utopianism is the ideological and doctrinal foundation for statism.”

Or, to simplify: if only Americans are made to do X, The Perfect Society will manifest.

What is X? The above list suffices: background checks, a video sending nice words to Iran, opening up to the Muslim Brotherhood, setting up a government-run Social Security or Medicare or Obamacare, declaring a government-run War on Poverty. The Obama stimulus.

And let’s not forget the Philadelphia abortion scandal where live human babies outside the womb were repeatedly killed — a direct contradiction of the entire Roe.v. Wade sacrament.

Etc. Etc. Etc.

Let’s start with two stories that have dominated the news in the last week: gun control and the Boston Marathon murders.

Recall that after the Senate defeated the Toomey-Manchin background amendment, President Obama, outraged, took to the White House Rose Garden to say this:

“The gun lobby and its allies willfully lied about the bill. They claimed that it would create some sort of ‘big brother’ gun registry, even though the bill did the opposite. This legislation, in fact, outlawed any registry.”

Next up was former Congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords, who took to the Op-Ed page of the New York Times to say “I’m furious.” Giffords accused the Senate of being in the “grip of the gun lobby” fearful of political consequences.

Gifford’s statement was filled with irony. There are people aplenty out there who have also discussed issues other than guns as being a problem in this area of violence in America. Indeed just this last Sunday Boston’s Cardinal Sean O’Malley not only talked about guns but the role of abortion in what O’Malley called a “Culture of Death.” But did Gabby Giffords want to talk about abortion as a contributing factor? Did the president? Of course not — and for exactly the reason they attributed to those who oppose background checks. Which is to say, pro-choice politicians both, neither Giffords nor Obama have the guts to take on the abortion lobby.

But let’s stay focused on background checks and its role in the liberal Utopia.

Remember the Brady law? So named for President Reagan’s press secretary Jim Brady who was seriously and permanently wounded during the assassination attempt on Reagan.

The Brady law mandated background checks across the country. Challenged in the Supreme Court, the law was mostly upheld in 1997, with the exception of the mandate. States however, were free to do background checks. One of the states that picked up on this — as did most states — was, yes, Massachusetts. In 1998 Massachusetts, headed on that endless journey to The Liberal Utopia, passing what has been called “the toughest gun control legislation in the country.” Reported Boston Globe columnist Jeff Jacoby — just two months ago on February 17, 2013 — the “toughest gun control legislation in the country” was signed into law by the-then Republican governor and praised to the hilt by the Democratic Attorney General, as well as a leading anti-gun activist. Jacoby quoted from the Globe story of 1998 that trumpeted the bill’s signing:

“Today, Massachusetts leads the way in cracking down on gun violence,” said Republican Governor Paul Cellucci as he signed the bill into law. “It will save lives and help fight crime in our communities.” Scott Harshbarger, the state’s Democratic attorney general, agreed: “This vote is a victory for common sense and for the protection of our children and our neighborhoods.” One of the state’s leading anti-gun activists, John Rosenthal of Stop Handgun Violence, joined the applause. “The new gun law,” he predicted, “will certainly prevent future gun violence and countless grief.”

Catch all that? Massachusetts was “cracking down on gun violence.” This “will save lives and help fight crime” in the state’s communities. The new law was a “victory for common sense” that was a “victory for common sense” and “the protection of our children and our neighborhoods.” The law “will certainly prevent future gun violence and countless grief.”

Now let’s leave aside the point of Jacoby’s column — that in fact the law did none of that and that indeed, in Jacoby’s words:

…the law that was so tough on law-abiding gun owners had quite a different impact on criminals.

Since 1998, gun crime in Massachusetts has gotten worse, not better. In 2011, Massachusetts recorded 122 murders committed with firearms, the Globe reported this month — “a striking increase from the 65 in 1998.” Other crimes rose too. Between 1998 and 2011, robbery with firearms climbed 20.7 percent. Aggravated assaults jumped 26.7 percent.

Let’s stay focused on the fact that the Boston bombers did in fact have guns.

That’s right, in addition to bombs, the brothers Tsarnaev had guns. And surprise surprise, in spite of all that “toughest” gun law in the country business — you guessed it.

The brothers didn’t apply for a license.

That’s right. As the Huffington Post has noted here, and I have placed the real news in bold:

WASHINGTON — The Boston bombing suspects engaged in a deadly firefight with police last week, possessing six bombs, handguns, a rifle and more than 250 rounds of ammunition. But the Tsarnaev brothers did not have proper licenses to possess the firearms, according to the Cambridge Police Department — a revelation that comes just days after the Senate voted against strengthening and expanding background checks for gun sales.

Cambridge Police Department spokesman Dan Riviello told The Huffington Post that neither Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, 19, nor Tamerlan Tsarnaev, 26, appeared to have a license to own a handgun.

The younger brother could not have applied as he is not 21 years of age and the older brother did not have a license to carry and we have no record of him ever applying,” Riviello said.

Got all that?

So in spite of the Brady law, which subjects law-abiding gun owners to all manner of rules and regulations, and in spite of the Massachusetts law, which was “the toughest” gun control law in the country, and in spite of the hundreds (thousands) of other gun control laws that bind the country, Tamerlan Tsarnaev, hell bent on murder and mayhem, never bothered to get a “proper license.” Brother Dzhokhar, of course, wasn’t permitted to have a license because he was just too young.

Yet somehow, without being licensed, the two managed to have “handguns, a rifle and more than 250 rounds of ammunition.” With which the unlicensed brothers shot MIT policeman Sean Collier to death — and came close to killing Boston Transit policeman, Richard Donohue.

Shocker, isn’t it?

Yet there is no more shock in listening to the reasoning of liberals on gun control than there is in listening to their reasoning on Islamic fundamentalists. The subjects may be different — although they happened to become two stories in one this last week — but the reasoning is always the same.

Let’s hear from Andrew McCarthy, who was the Clinton-era prosecutor of the Blind Sheikh, the brains behind the first attack on the World Trade Center in 1993. Andy later wrote the more than aptly titled book Willful Blindness: A Memoir of the Jihad and now writes this from National Review in an article headed:

Jihad Will Not Be Wished Away: But willful blindness remains the order of the day.

Writes Andy:

“Outlook: Islam.” So reads the personal webpage of Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, who ravaged Boston this week, along with his now-deceased brother and fellow jihadist, Tamerlan — namesake of a 14th-century Muslim warrior whose campaigns through Asia Minor are legendary for their brutalization of non-Muslims.

Brutalizing our own non-Muslim country has been the principal objective of jihadists for the last 20 years. This week marks a new and chilling chapter: the introduction on our shores of the tactics the self-styled mujahideen have used to great, gory effect for the past decade in Afghanistan and Iraq.

Willful blindness remains the order of the day, as it has since the World Trade Center was bombed in 1993. It is freely conceded that, when the identities and thus the motivation of the Marathon terrorists were not known, it would have been irresponsible to dismiss any radical ideology as, potentially, the instigator. But in our politically correct, up-is-down culture, to suggest “Outlook: Islam” was unthinkable. So the most likely scenario — namely, that jihadists who have been at war with us for two decades had, yet again, attacked innocent civilians — became the least likely scenario in the minds of media pundits. Instead, they brazenly prayed (to Gaia, I’m sure) for white conservative culprits with Tea Party hats and Rush 24/7 subscriptions.

To borrow from the gun control debate, closing one’s eyes to Islamic fundamentalism is not just displaying a lack of common sense (to borrow a phrase from the gun control debate) — it is indeed, as Andy McCarthy accurately calls it, willful blindness.

And this particular willful blindness on jihadists is lethal.

It is exactly the same as the willful blindness that kept the State Department from understanding that there was a reason for the repeated pleas from the now murdered Benghazi diplomats for security assistance. When the attack came on those diplomats last September, the U.S. government had been willfully blinded — right from the top — that such a thing could be the result of Islamic fundamentalism

Ditto with the attack on Ft. Hood by the Islamic fundamentalist Nidal Malik Hasan, a U.S. Army major. Shouting “Allahu Akbar!” — God is Great — as he opened fire, Hasan killed 13 and wounding more than 30. The response from the US government? To declare yet another mass murder in the name of Islam to be “work place violence” — and then have the then-Army Chief of Staff murmur aloud that to treat this as anything else would somehow hurt the military’s diversity push.

And so it goes.

From the promises of Obamacare that you can keep your own doctor to the massive indebtedness of Social Security and Medicare to the War on Poverty that wasn’t and the Obama stimulus that wasn’t either— and on and on and on — liberalism’s Achilles’ heel is that it isn’t about serious, common sense ideas that display an understanding of everyday human reality.

What liberalism is about is creating Utopia.

A Utopian world where gun control stops criminals, being politically correct with jihadists means they won’t attack, the value of helping the aging means Social Security and Medicare cannot possibly be in debt to the tune of trillions, that Obamacare will work just as the War on Poverty worked, and that forcing banks to give millions of Americans the money to buy homes they can’t afford can’t possibly crash the economy.

And on goes the endless parade.

Substituting sentiment for common sense, then watching the results crash and burn in a hurricane of dead Americans, impoverished Americans, massively indebted Americans or continually impoverished, jobless and hopeless Americans.

Does anyone really wonder why so many Americans listen to President Obama say that “the gun lobby and its allies willfully lied about the bill” — and believe it’s the President who lies? And that they believe this for the simple reason that all the other liberal Utopian promises haven’t been kept? With a lie just this last week about the results of Massachusetts gun control being all too painfully obvious? Who, based on hard real-life experience with these Liberal Utopians, would ever believe that the Toomey-Manchin bill will never result in what Obama calls “some sort of ‘big brother’ gun registry”? If you believe this, you believe the Boston bombers simply forgot to apply for a license to carry a gun.

The response by liberals to these repeated liberal disasters is to simply ignore the results and walk away. Then finding yet another “problem” on which to visit this same disastrous pattern of emotionally charged non-common sense.

Promising once again that if Americans just do this next X, Utopia will finally arrive.

The question here is whether a majority of Americans will ever come to understand the game.

To know that the real meaning of Utopia is not some visionary system of political or social perfection, as the dictionary says.

Utopianism is, precisely as Mark Levin documents, the ideological and doctrinal foundation for statism.

It is dumb. It is wrong. It is a call to mindless emotion instead of careful, logical thought. It can and will bankrupt. It can and will — and as we have seen this last week it does — kill.

Which makes the ideas of a Liberal Utopia not just wrongheaded.

It makes them dangerous.

Which makes it time to say enough is enough.

He is currently in a high position in Mr Obama ‘ s Department of Injustice , and now has been nominated for another as the Secretary of Labour . Now , it is the GOP’s turn to act , and act forcefully . ..

.. Normally , he should be fired , and kicked to the curb . Republicans in the U.S. Senate and like – minded Dems should stand up for principle , as well as for solid grounds , and completely block Perez ‘ s nomination . ..

law , or we are not . We are , and the law should be enforced thusly ,

Especially with FOIA laws , use of them is an act to evade FOIA disclosure . What kind

to comply with  congressional subpoenas ,  and

[-] Senate prerogatives — presidential gross misuse and abuse of power , regarding the

.. The Boy Scouts last Friday announced a proposed compromise in which they would admit gay scouts, but bar gay adults from troop leadership. Brown, Merkley and Zach Wahls (Eagle Scout 2007), who heads Scouts for Equality, suggest this still would fail to embrace the moral values of scouting. They do not say so explicitly but their letter to the Boy Scouts of America — which they urge supporters to sign — calls for “a full non-discrimination policy” that includes leaders . ..

The suspects were identified by law enforcement officials and family members as
Dzhokhar and Tamerlan Tsarnaev, ethnic Chechen brothers who had lived in
Dagestan, which neighbors Chechnya in southern Russia. They had been in the U.S.
for about a decade and lived near Boston, an uncle said.

Tamerlan Tsarnaev, a 26-year-old who had been known to the FBI as Suspect No. 1
and was seen in surveillance footage in a black baseball cap, was killed

dubbed Suspect No. 2 and was seen wearing a white, backward baseball cap in the
images from Monday’s deadly bombing at the marathon finish line – escaped.

Investigators in the Boston case have shed no light on the motive for the
bombing and have said it is unclear whether it was the work of domestic or
international terrorists or someone else entirely with an unknown agenda.

Authorities said surveillance tape recorded late Thursday showed Suspect No. 2 suspect2crop
during a robbery of a convenience store in Cambridge, near the campus of MIT,
where a university police officer – 26-year-old Sean Collier – was shot to death
while responding to a report of a disturbance.

From there, authorities said, the two men carjacked a man in a Mercedes-Benz,
keeping him with them in the car for half an hour before releasing him at a gas
station in Cambridge. The man was not injured.

The search for the vehicle led to a chase that ended in Watertown, where
authorities said the suspects threw explosive devices from the car and exchanged
gunfire with police. A transit police officer was severely wounded, authorities
said.

Doctors at a Boston hospital where Tamerlan Tsarnaev died said they treated a
man with a possible blast injury and multiple gunshot wounds. Authorities gave
no details on how his younger brother escaped.

.. I am well familiar with the case of traitor lawyer Lynne Stewart . She was , as many know , the lead legal defense counsel for convicted and jailed blind Egyptian sheik Omar Abdel Rahman . She evidently has stage-4 breast cancer. Her radical friends — ranging from the “Party for Socialism and Liberation” and “Workers World” to Pete Seeger and others want her freed from jail . They have got to be kidding . ..

.. How can they just let her suffer and perish behind bars ? All she did was “ distribute press releases .  ” No , she did not . She was his lawyer , and he was allowed no outside contact . None . She acted in concert and conspiracy with him to pass messages to his followers . The authorities have her nailed , if you will , “dead to rights . ” ..   .. Defying a judge’s communications ban, Stewart ferreted messages to the Blind Sheik from fellow jihadist Rifa’l Ahman Tara urging him to support a new wave of Islamic violence in Egypt — and then smuggled out a coded order to his followers lifting a ceasefire between his terrorist group and the Egyptian government. Stewart personally delivered one of the messages to a Reuters reporter . ..

Stewart remains unrepentant. She called 9/11 an “armed struggle.” Upon her initial sentencing, she boasted that she could serve the term “standing on her head.” After she was convicted of aiding and abetting Rahman, she told an interviewer she “would do it again.”   Now she wants mercy, medical comforts and freedom ? No ! Never ! This messenger gal for murderous barbarians made her bed . She should die in it.

infertility treatment for gay and lesbian couples . ..

.. Gays and Lesbians are by definition , infertile . It is just plain and simple biology . The human body just does not work that way . Unless , they obtain ” stud ” service (for lesbos) , or surrogacy (for gays) . or , egg & sperm donors from a ” bank . ” ..

.. According to news reports , two men who have sex with each other for a year , and do not produce a baby would be considered “ infertile ” under the proposed

legislation. So would two women having sex. Since biology does not allow those without a uterus to conceive or those without a penis to impregnate , every year-long gay couple in California would potentially be covered by this new provision of California law . ..    .. In fantasyland on the left coast (California) , however , biology takes a back seat to political manipulation . This bill would retain its current standard for infertility: either a “demonstrated condition” causing infertility , or a year of sex without conception , including non – heterosexual vaginal intercourse.    .. Guess why this land of stupidity is going down the tubes . Even biology must take a back seat to political leftism now . ..

DOE, DOJ Sued for Radical Left Collusion Documents

8 Apr 2013   Judicial Watch has been the leading force in uncovering the suspicious and dangerous connections between Obama administration officials and radical leftist special interest groups on a host of issues, from stealth amnesty to voter fraud to reverse discrimination. (See our most recent find, the outrageous videos we uncovered from the USDA, as a disturbing example of just how radical this behavior has become.)   On March 27, 2013, our effort to root out these connections continued as we filed a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit against the Obama Departments of Justice (DOJ) and Education (DOE) on behalf of the Family Research Council (FRC). FRC is a leading conservative advocacy group that seeks to advance faith, family and freedom in public policy and the culture from a Christian worldview.   Here’s what we want to know: To what extent did the DOJ or DOE cooperate and coordinate with the Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) and the National Center for Lesbian Rights (NCLR) in their lawsuit against the Anoka-Hennepin School District of Minnesota.

Now, there is no doubt that this controversy in Minnesota involved an extraordinary intervention by the DOJ’s Civil Rights Division, run by Thomas E. Perez, President’s Obama’s current nominee for Secretary of Labor and a key figure in a host of DOJ scandals (beginning with the New Black Panther Party). JW and FRC just want to know how extraordinary. And we want the details.   On April 24, 2012, FRC submitted a FOIA request to the DOJ and DOE requesting the following information dating back to June 1, 2011:   A. Any and all records concerning, regarding, or relating to the anti-bullying and anti-harassment policies of the Anoka-Hennepin School District which culminated in the Anoka-Hennepin Consent Decree;   B. Any and all communications between and/or among the U.S. Department of Justice, the U.S. Department of Education, the Southern Poverty Law Center, and/or the National Center for Lesbian Rights concerning, regarding, or relating to the anti-bullying and anti-harassment policies of the Anoka-Hennepin School District which culminated in the Anoka-Hennepin Consent Decree;   C. Any and all communications between the Department of Education and/or U.S. Department of Justice and any third parties not named in #2 (above), concerning, regarding, or relating to the anti-bullying and anti-harassment policies of the Anoka-Hennepin School District which culminated in the Anoka-Hennepin Consent Decree.   In short, we are getting the runaround from both agencies.   In a letter dated August 31, 2012, the Civil Rights Division, a component of DOJ, informed FRC that it was denying access to all responsive records involving its role in the Anoka-Hennepin affair. On September 28, 2012, FRC appealed the DOJ’s decision. Though the DOJ acknowledged receiving the appeal on October 25, it has failed to provide a response to the appeal, which was due by November 1, 2012.   In a letter dated May 30, 2012, the DOJ’s Office for Civil Rights informed FRC that it had located 7,453 pages responsive to FRC’s FOIA request, but was withholding 7,159 pages in their entirety. On June 29, 2012, FRC appealed the DOE decision. According to the U.S. Postal Service, DOE received the appeal on July 5, 2012, but has failed to provide a response to the appeal, which was due by August 3, 2012.   We are asking the District Court for the District of Columbia Circuit to simply order the Obama DOJ and DOE to conduct searches for all records responsive to the FRC FOIA request and to “produce, by a certain date, any and all non-exempt records,” along with indices of all records the departments continue to declare exempt.   I feel like it should go without saying that it is not the proper role of the United States Departments of Justice or Education to collude with radical leftwing organizations like the SPLC in order to impose their political agenda on parents or the American people generally. And the fact that both departments are intent to cover up their collusion makes this court fight more important.   In July, 2011, the SPLC joined with the NCLR to sue the Anoka-Hennepin School District to overturn the district’s policy requiring its teachers to remain neutral on the subject of homosexuality. In apparent coordination with those groups, the Obama DOJ, after what it termed “an extensive investigation into sex-based harassment,” compelled the school district to sign a 61-page Consent Agreement on March 5, 2012.   Not content with simply forcing its agenda on the school district, the Holder Justice Department added insult to injury.   In July 2012, a group of DOJ employees, led by Holder, joined with the SPLC to honor the Anoka-Hennepin School District students involved in the lawsuit to force the district to endorse homosexual conduct. Five of the students received an award at DOJ’s annual LGBT Pride Month program in the Great Hall of the Main Justice Building.   This is not the first example of the DOJ’s collusion with the radical left. And it won’t be the last.   In fact, specifically related to SPLC, JW obtained nearly two dozen pages of emails from the DOJ Civil Rights and Tax Divisions revealing questionable behavior by agency personnel while negotiating for SPLC co-founder Morris Dees to appear as the featured speaker at a July 31, 2012, “Diversity Training Event.”

The Judicial Watch FOIA request was prompted by the terrorist shooting at the FRC headquarters in August, 2012. On the SPLC’s website, which the shooter used to get a list of targets, the SPLC lists FRC’s headquarters on a “hate map.” The SPLC refuses to take FRC off the “hate map” even after the organization was connected in court to the shooting.   JW also uncovered records indicating that the DOJ worked hand-in-hand with the American Civil Liberties Union to attack Arizona over the state’s tough illegal immigration enforcement law, SB 1070. Judicial Watch released records detailing the cooperation between the ACORN-connected Project Vote to attack states, such as Florida, for implementing voter integrity measures, such as Voter ID laws. Judicial Watch also probed the role that the NAACP played in the controversial DOJ dismissal of the New Black Panther Party voter intimidation lawsuit.

Patronizing a totalitarian island , one especially where afro – cubans are made to suffer , so much more than even ordinary Cubans do . That , among other things , is when I saw this piece , just after having learned that the Treasury Department had APPROVED their trip . Approved . ..

Reading through the news coverage these past few days of Beyonce and       Jay-Z’s ill-advised and thoroughly offensive vacation in Cuba as guests of       the apartheid Castro dictatorship, much of the concern centers around the       legality of their trip to the communist island. That is certainly an       important point since it is illegal for American citizens to visit Cuba as       tourists, even if you are personal friends of President Obama. But what I       personally find most troubling about this scandalous act by American       music’s most prominent couple is their complete and utter insensitivity to       the repression and brutality suffered by the Cuban people — the majority       of them black — at the hands of the tyrannical Castro dictatorship. By       “vacationing” on an island as guests of its oppressive apartheid regime as       if they were just visiting any other destination, Beyonce and Jay-Z are in       effect telling America, the world, and most cruelly, Cuba’s enslaved       people, that they tacitly approve of the island’s brutal and racist regime .

Naturally, the Castro dictatorship sees Beyonce and Jay-Z’s visit as a       propaganda opportunity to portray themselves as something other than a       repressive tyranny. That is why they have heavily promoted this vacation,       releasing photos of the power couple enjoying the sights and luxuries of       Cuba, but making sure they leave out the fact that those amenities are       denied to typical Cubans. All the public sees is two very rich and very       powerful Americans enjoying a Caribbean getaway. The beatings of       dissidents, the stoning of families opposed to the Castro dictatorship,       and their violent arrests and imprisonment is conveniently left out of the       press releases and news reports. The news then becomes simply Beyonce and       Jay-Z enjoying a tropical vacation at a tropical destination.       Whether knowingly or out of embarrassingly irreverent ignorance, Beyonce       and Jay-Z have now become the unpaid spokespersons, the poster children,       the ambassadors of goodwill for the apartheid Castro government. A       violently racist regime that is without equal the Western Hemisphere’s       bloodiest and most murderous dictatorship for more than half a century. To       me, that is the most disturbing thing of all.

This reality, however, is not apparent to everyone. There have been some       who see nothing intrinsically wrong with Beyonce and Jay-Z vacationing in       apartheid Cuba. They are artists, they say, not politicians.       Unfortunately, those who think this is the case are woefully uninformed       about the way the Castro dictatorship in Cuba operates. The decision to       make Beyonce and Jay-Z the regime’s spokespersons for tourism does not       rest with them, but with the regime itself. Once you allow yourself to       become their guests, as Beyonce and Jay-Z have done, you come under their       control and they own everything you say and do while on the island. Every       move made and every word uttered by the couple and their American       companions is recorded and archived for future use. Even their hotel room       is bugged and hidden video cameras are everywhere. In essence, once you       put yourself in the hands of the Castro dictatorship, they own you.       That is why we will continue to see photos of the couple having a great       time in Cuba, and that is why the following video of Beyonce dancing salsa       in Cuba is available for all to see:

So what is so harmful about Beyonce doing a few dance moves for a video       camera? The dance moves themselves are not harmfu, but where and for who       Beyonce dances is where the harm lies. You see, while you are busy       watching Beyonce dancing salsa in Cuba, the Castro dictatorship knows you       will not be watching or thinking about the reality of life inCastro’s       Cuba. You will not be thinking about the hundreds of political arrests       that take place every month, or the tens of thousands of political       prisoners rotting in Cuban gulags. While Beyonce is dazzling you with her       dance moves, you are not thinking about Sonia Garro, a black woman and       dissident who has been unjustly imprisoned for over a year. While your       eyes are focused on Beyonce and Jay-Z partying on the forbidden island of       Cuba, the Castro dictatorship knows your eyes are not focused on the       defenseless Ladies in White being mercilessly pummeled and beaten by the

Castro dictatorship’s State Security and hired thugs:       That, my friends, is what bothers me the most about Beyonce and Jay-Z’s       vacation to Cuba: They have helped the Castro dictatorship hide its       atrocities and racist repression .
