Many DemoCrap AGs have gotten into the habit of collaborating to sue many people in the private sector . AGs have some regulatory power , but only that created by state law . They should not and do not have the power to run wild on their own , especially turning loose private – sector lawyers [ what I call plaintiff bar extortionists] for contingency – fee arrangements …
