.. with Libya ‘ s decline , the possible damage in Iraq , and premiums that could price into the market , due to the effects on the Gulf nations and Saudi Arabia in particular , it could get nasty …

.. also , now , Russia is a major producer . It is also very heavily dependent on oil revenue as a source of tax revenue for its Treasury . The Russians may not want to turn off the ” tap . ” But events may do it for them …
