… I support Ryan [Bomberger , LifeNews blogger] …

.. on his opinion about the N.A.A.C.P. .

.. It came from a blog post on his blog on LifeNews blog from earlier this year . It was , to say the least , extremely controversial . Ryan attacked the N.A.A.C.P. as the National Association for the Abortion of Colored People . Note the change in the middle letter , A , from ” Advancement ” to ” Abortion . ” I believe Ryan is right .

.. Normailly , I would include just a link to the article . So that you can understand what is going on , I am going to include the entire article (below) …

.. [note — you will see both the N.A.A.C.P.s own logo , and the billboard that Ryan quoted from that raised the hackles of the N.A.A.C.P.] ..

NAACP: National Association for the Abortion of Colored People

by Ryan Bomberger | | 1/16/13 11:45 AM

What better way for an out-of-touch liberal organization to celebrate itself than in the land of make believe? The NAACP’s 44th Annual Image Awards honor black imagery churned out by often racist, anti-Christian, perpetually sexist, violent and pornographic Hollywood. Just skim the list of nominees and one is left with an overwhelming feeling: emptiness.

Django Unchained, with its graphic violence and 100 plus uses of the racially denigrating epithet, “nigger”, gets praise and nominations from the NAACP. “Lincoln”, a powerful film of historical substance, completely eliminates the most potent influence in Lincoln’s ideology and evolution on slavery—Frederick Douglass. There’s no protest from the NAACP, just a nomination.

The nation’s oldest civil rights organization revels in a distorted reflection of who black Americans are, the struggles faced and the real world around us.  Though they will dress up their liberal causes in bright lights, filtered lenses and entertaining performances, the NAACP Image Awards worship a false image.

The NAACP’s selective, and often feigned, outrage on a myriad of issues is befitting of a multiple personality disorder, with its stronger personality being one that embraces all things liberal, most things socialistic, and nothing pro-life.  They’ll beat the drums of economic, social and environmental “justice” while over 360,000 black babies, annually, never get a chance at one of the few Constitutional rights that actually exist—the right to Life.

At a time when 72.3% of black children are born into homes without fathers and (in some places like Philadelphia) 50% of viable black pregnancies end in abortion one would think protecting future generations would become a national emergency for this historic organization. Single female-led homes are the norm in the black community. Children who grow up in these homes are 5 times more likely to live in poverty than those in two-parent married homes. Yet, these issues are non-existent on the organization’s website. And all the NAACP can do in regards to marriage is push gay marriage—hardly the solution to crumbling, impoverished families in our inner-cities.  What about equality for these beautiful children living without the economic, educational and emotional security of both a mother and a father?

The NAACP would rather sleep with Planned Parenthood, the urban staple and instigator of sexual irresponsibility, regardless of what people say. The affair has been going on for decades. The NAACP, despite denials, has publicly supported Planned Parenthood numerous times (here, here and here). It’s fought to prevent the abortion chain from being defunded while simultaneously fighting to ensure a massive influx of funding for its beloved ally (and annual convention sponsor) through Obamacare.

In fact, both organizations are part of the nation’s largest coalition of “civil rights” groups, The Leadership Conference. It was co-founded by famed civil rights figure, A. Philip Randolph, who was the President of the Brotherhood of Sleeping Car Porters. He also happened to shill for Planned Parenthood back in 40s. Today, the NAACP, Planned Parenthood and a who’s who among pro-abortion groups are part of this “civil rights” collective. (The chair of The Leadership Conference just happens to be Judith Lichtman, the President of the rabidly pro-abortion National Partnership for Women and Families.)

Planned Parenthood, gay marriage, HIV/AIDS initiatives, and demonizing the GOP are far more important to the National Association for the Abortion of Colored People than the devastating reality that black babies are aborted at staggering levels. Black babies are aborted 6 times more frequently (in NYC) than white babies: 1,448 are aborted for every 1,000 that are born alive as compared to 244 white babies aborted for every 1,000 born alive (all losses are a tragedy).

No outreach. No outcry. No outrage.

The only racial profiling the NAACP supports is the vilification of any black public figure or organization that is conservative and the targeting of unborn black children for death via abortion.

The National Association for the Abortion of Colored People has no moral ground to stand upon, just quick sand oozing with the blood of those most discriminated against. The NAACP’s covert and overt support of Planned Parenthood negates any other human rights they purport to defend.

If they can’t show any concern for the most basic civil right stripped away before birth, how can they convince the American public that they’re dedicated to rights post-birth? Why should anyone care about those black lives that the NAACP is so willing to throw away in exchange for political prominence?

It’s not “rights” the NAACP is pursuing, but the Right (Senator Tim Scott, Judge Janice Rogers Brown, Allen West, The Radiance Foundation) in a venomous campaign to alter history to suit their allegiance to liberalism. Mainstream media has no spine or is complicit in the NAACP’s cause-du-jour. Whether it’s “dirty coal”, anti-charter school teachers’ unions, legalizing pot, or faux voting suppression crimes, the real crime is that news outlets never scrutinize the organization for its false claims, outrageous policies and destructive actions.

.. LEC again — in case you are wondering , yea , LifeNews and Ryan got sued . The case is now before the federal courts in (I believe) Norfolk , Virginia . A decision in the case should come sometime after the first of the new year  ….

… Sebelius , You are Nuts [ObamaCrapCare] …

Posted by paulfromwloh on Wednesday,July 17th,2013

.. Kathleen Sebelius seems to think that the imposition of ObamaCrapCare is something like the Civil Rights Movement . That is most definitely far , far from the truth ..

.. The Civil Rights Movement is truly one of the great crusades of our times , or of any time and age . It completed the accomplishment of freedom of the races by engaging in the law full freedom of legal protections , in housing , economics , voting rights , and citizenship . It has begun the task of erasing the stain of the Jim Crow era of legal perversion by freeing a people . It completes the task of individual freedom , not group rights .

.. ObamaCrapCare is an obcence joke . It attempts to impose by socialism something that has no place in the law . It is not even true insurance . Insurance is , by its nature , limited to rare occurences . Health insurance has been perverted , and is not even true “insurance.” It is most definitely nothing , absolutely nothing like the Civil Rights Movement .

… someone should also remind her that opponents of ObamaCrapCare are not “enemies . “

Health and Human  Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius Tuesday urged NAACP members to bring  the same passionate fight to enrolling people in Obamacare that they brought to  the struggle for civil rights.

“Start spreading the word,” Sebelius said  in a speech to the organization’s national convention in Orlando.  “Download  tool kits and customize fliers to hang up at local businesses and restaurants  and barbershops and beauty salons.”

Sebelius has been working extra hard  to raise awareness of the new law before insurance-exchange marketplaces open on  Oct. 1 and begin enrolling consumers in healthcare  insurance, many of them for the first time in their lives, Politico  reports.

She also asked religious leaders to help spread the  word about the healthcare-reform law and how to  apply for coverage under its various programs.

“Few voices are  more powerful than yours,” she told delegates. “Those are the ones trusted in  communities. Use those voices to educate and motivate.”

Sebelius called  on the NAACP to put as much effort into helping Obamacare work as it has over  the years in the fight for civil rights.

“You showed it early in the  fight against lynching and discrimination. You showed it by showing inalienable  rights are secured in the courtroom and at the ballot box,” she said. “You  showed it by supporting a health law 100 years in the making.”

Sebelius  also urged the convention to disregard the calls in Washington for repeal of the  law, passed in 2010, and in Republican-led states, where there still is  opposition to creating healthcare exchanges and expanding Medicaid programs as  called for under Obamacare.

The exchanges are to open Oct. 1 in every  state, “despite what governors say,” Sebelius declared. Americans are required  to have health  insurance by Jan. 1, 2014.

“The Supreme Court has issued its decision  [upholding the law]; the people have spoken. President Obama was  re-elected.”

But, she warned, “the enemy is at the door and we know that  they would like to dismantle these initiatives.”

… Julian Bond is Outrageous ! …

Posted by paulfromwloh on Thursday,May 16th,2013

.. Julian Bond is a long – time figure in black politics in our country . He is , or , more specifically , was the national chairman of the N.A.A.L.C.P. .

.. Julian Bond has long been a historical figure in our body politic . However , he has more recently been getting away with things that no politician could or should do , or even think of doing .

.. Recently , on PMSNBC , Bond made grossly out – of – line accusations about the Tea Party organizations in general , and its participants in particular .

[-] Accusations of racism … hardly accurate … the Tea Party was strongly religious

and decent , and was extraordinarily strong in its self – discipline . Its speeches and

its actions were hardly racist .

[-] being the Taliban wing of American Politics … enough said .

[-] use of sexist and homophobic speeches and signs … see above . Much of the Tea

Party movement is very religious and traditionalist , and would not act in a sexist or

homophobic way , or use such speech , such as it would normally be defined .

.. Former NAACP chairman Julian Bond is perfectly fine with government coming down unfairly on people he hates. “Hates,” by the way, is not too strong a word. On MSNBC today , Bond dubbed the Tea Party the “Taliban wing of American politics” while opining that it’s fine with him if the IRS targets them while his group keeps its tax exempt status .

.. “I don’t think there’s a double standard at all , ” Bond said . “ I think it is entirely legitimate to look at the tea party . ” “I mean, here are a group of people who are admittedly racist, who are overtly political, who tried as best they can to harm President [Barack] Obama in every way they can,” Bond continued.

“They are the Taliban wing of American politics and we all ought to be a little worried about them , ” Bond asserted .

When asked if his assessment of the Tea Party was “a little harsh,” Bond said that it was not. “The truth hurts,” Bond insisted.

.. Bond here has launched one of those “ When did you stop beating your wife ? ”  attacks, to which there is no good response to a false allegation. It ’ s fundamentally unfair and grossly dishonest.

.. The NAACP went waaay over the line and accused then Gov. George W. Bush of being complicit in a black man’s murder. Under Bush, Texas convicted and eventually executed one of the men responsible for that crime. What more could he have done? No one from the NAACP has the right to call anyone else “overtly political” or accuse anyone of racism. George W. Bush’s chief sins in the Byrd murder were being white and being a Republican.

.. Julian Bond proves that at least some liberals do not believe conservatives deserve fair treatment under the law. He believes the law should be used as a weapon against them . Given what the NAACP is supposed to stand for , Bond ’ s stand is horribly ironic .  Hypocritcal . Racist . And dangerous .
